fa مقایسه نگرش دانشجویان و فارغ‌التحصیلان کاردرمانی نسبت به سالمندی کاردرمانی Occupational therapy پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>اهداف</strong> کارکنان بهداشتی نگرش‌ها و باورهای متفاوتی نسبت به سالمندان دارند و داشتن نگرش منفی به سالمندان می‌تواند بر ارائه خدمات اثر بخش به آنان اثر گذارد. بنابراین هدف از این مطالعه بررسی نگرش دانشجویان و فارغ‌التحصیلان کاردرمانی نسبت به سالمندی است.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها</strong> این پژوهش از نوع مقطعی‌تحلیلی است و روی ۱۲۵ نفر از دانشجویان ترم هفت به بالای رشته کاردرمانی در مقطع کارشناسی و فارغ‌التحصیلان کارشناسی و بالاتر با میانگین سنی <span style="text-align: justify;">۴</span>/<span style="text-align: justify;">۲۲</span>&plusmn;<span style="text-align: justify;">۲۴</span>/<span style="text-align: justify;">۱</span> سال (۷۰ زن و ۵۵ مرد) انجام شد. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت دردسترس (غیر احتمالی) از جامعه آماری بود. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل پرسش‌نامه نگرش به سالمندی کوگان و پرسش‌نامه جمعیت‌شناختی بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از نسخه ۱۷ نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون‌های کروسکال والیس و یومن ویتنی بررسی شدند.&nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong> میانگین نگرش کار درمانگران نسبت به پدیده سالمندی <span style="text-align: justify;">۱۵۱</span>/<span style="text-align: justify;">۴۴۸</span> بود که نگرشی متوسط است. بیشترین نمره نگرش مربوط به افراد مقطع دکترا، افراد با سابقه کاری بیش از ۵ سال و افراد شاغل در حوزه کاری روان بود. میانگین نمره نگرش افراد با تجربه مسئولیت مراقبت از سالمند و افراد فاقد این تجربه ۱۵۱ بود. تنها بین نمره نگرش و مقطع تحصیلی افراد ارتباط معنادار بود (۰/<span style="text-align: justify;">۰۵</span>>P)، ولی بین نمره نگرش با سابقه کاری، حوزه کاری و تجربه مراقبت از سالمند، ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت<span style="text-align: justify;">(۰/</span><span style="text-align: justify;">۰۵<</span><span style="text-align: justify;">P)</span><br> <p).<br><strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> بر اساس یافته‌های این مطالعه نگرش کاردرمانگران نسبت به سالمندی به سمت مثبت گرایش دارد، ولی با توجه به ارتباط بیشتر کاردرمانگران با سالمندان، این میزان نگرش هنوز کافی نیست. از این رو نتایج این تحقیق می‌تواند مبنایی برای برنامه‌ریزی‌های تحول نگرش نسبت به سالمندان در تحقیقات آتی باشد.</p).<br></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objectives</strong> Healthcare providers have different attitudes toward old people; such an attitude can impact providing effective services to them. Thus, the current study aimed to determine the attitudes of Occupational Therapy (OT) students and alumni towards the elderly.<br> <strong>Methods & Materials</strong> A cross-sectional analytical study was conducted on 125 students and alumni of OT with a Mean&plusmn;SD age of 22.4&plusmn;1.24 years (70 women, 55 men). The subjects were selected using convenience sampling method. Data collection tools were Kogan&rsquo;s Attitude Toward Old People (KAOP) scale and a demographic data questionnaire.&nbsp; For statistical analysis, the Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney U test were used.&nbsp; The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS at the significance level of P&le;0.05.<br> <strong>Results</strong> The mean score of attitudes of occupational therapists toward elderly was 151.448; i.e. an intermediate attitude. The highest scores regarded to the subjects with a PhD, subjects with &ge;5 years of practical experience, and those working in the psychiatry field. The mean scores of subjects with an experience of caring for the elderly and those without such experience were the same (mean=151).
