en تبیین چالش‌های ساختاری‌عملکردی مراکز جامع سلامت شهر بابل مبتنی بر راهنمای سازمان جهانی بهداشت سالمند شناسی gerontology پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>اهداف</strong> مراقبت‌های اولیه، اولین رابط اصلی خدمات بهداشتی فرد سالمند در جهت حفظ و ارتقای سلامت اوست؛ بنابراین ارزیابی مناسب بودن نحوه ارائه خدمات برای این گروه جمعیتی که از آسیب‌پذیرترین قشر جامعه هستند از اهمیت حیاتی و ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین چالش‌های ساختاری و عملکردی مراکز جامع سلامت شهر بابل مبتنی بر راهنمای مراکز دوستدار سالمند سازمان بهداشت جهانی در جهت برنامه‌ریزی دوستدار سالمند شدن انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها</strong> پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کیفی‌توصیفی به روش تحلیل محتوا با رویکرد مرسوم بوده است. این پژوهش روی سالمندان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز جامع سلامت و خانواده آن‌ها و نیز ارائه‌دهندگان خدمت به صورت ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ‌های ﻋﻤﯿﻖ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ‌ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر‌یﺎﻓﺘﻪ تا رسیدن به سطح اشباع داده‌ها انجام شده است. هر مصاحبه بعد از اجرا بلافاصله پیاده شد و تحلیل محتوای مصاحبه‌ها با تعیین واحدهای مفهومی، کدگذاری دقیق و روش مقایسه‌ای مداوم تا شکل‌گیری زیر‌گروه‌ها و طبقات اصلی انجام شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong> در این مطالعه 23 سالمند با میانگین سنی 7/88&plusmn;‌71/47، 5 عضو خانواده و 14 ارائه‌دهنده خدمت شرکت داشتند. از مجموع مصاحبه‌ها 72 کد استخراج شد که طی فرایند تحلیل به ۵ طبقه اصلی عوامل ساختاری، مسائل رفتاری، مشخصه‌های آموزشی، حمایت اجتماعی و چالش‌های عملکردی تقسیم شدند. در مجموع برای ۵ طبقه اصلی، ۱۲ زیرگروه پدیدار شد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> عوامل زیربنایی متعددی در مسیر دوستدار سالمند کردن مراکز جامع سلامت وجود دارد که بدون فراهم کردن شرایط و از بین بردن چالش‌های موجود دستیابی به این امر غیر‌قابل‌حصول خواهد بود؛ بنابراین مؤلفه‌های به‌دست‌آمده ممکن است در شناسایی، اولویت‌بندی نیازها و انتخاب نوع آزمایشات برای متناسب‌سازی مراکز جامع سلامت با نیاز‌های سالمندان کمک کند.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Objectives </strong>Primary care is the first main interface of health services for the elderly to maintain and improve their health. Therefore, it is essential to evaluate the appropriateness of the way to provide services for this population group, which is one of the most vulnerable classes of society. This study was conducted to explain the structural and functional challenges of comprehensive health centers in Babol City, based on the guidelines of the World Health Organization&rsquo;s elderly-friendly centers to plan aging-friendly.<br> <strong>Methods & Materials </strong>The current research was a descriptive qualitative study using the content analysis method with a conventional approach. This research was conducted on elderly people who were referred to comprehensive health centers and their families as well as service providers in the form of in-depth semi-structured interviews until reaching the level of data saturation. Each interview was implemented immediately after implementation, and the content analysis of the interviews was conducted by determining conceptual units, accurate coding, and continuous comparison method until the formation of subgroups and main classes.<br> <strong>Results </strong>In this study, 23 elderly people with an average age of 71.47&plusmn;7.88, 5 family members, and 14 service providers participated. A total of 72 codes were extracted from all the interviews, which were divided into five main categories of structural factors, behavioral issues, educational characteristics, social support, and functional challenges during the analysis process. A total of twelve subgroups emerged for the five main classes.<br> <strong>Conclusion </strong>Several underlying factors exist in the path of making comprehensive health centers elderly-friendly, and which will be impossible to achieve this issue without providing the conditions and eliminating the existing challenges.
