fa بررسی کیفی عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت زندگی جنسی مردان سالمند مبتلابه آندروپوز سالمند شناسی gerontology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>اهداف </strong>آندروپوز اصطلاح رایج برای یائسگی در مردان سالمند است که کاهش سطح هورمون تستوسترون را توصیف می‌کند. بسیاری از مردان سالمند مبتلابه آندروپوز برای گفت‌وگو درمورد مباحث جنسی مشکل دارند و یا خجالت می‌کشند که موجب کمبود اطلاعات در این باره و اعتقادات و نگرش‌های غلط نسبت به این موضوع به‌ویژه در میان خانواده‌هاست و مطالعات موجود نیز بر روی این مسائل بحث عمیق و خاصی نداشته‌اند. از‌این‌رو هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی کیفی عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت زندگی جنسی مردان سالمند مبتلابه آندروپوز بود.&nbsp;<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها</strong> پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی به روش تحلیل محتوا در سال 2022 انجام شد. در مطالعه حاضر به منظور دسترسی آسان به سالمندان مبتلابه نشانگان آندروپوز، به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، سالمندان شرکت‌کننده از میان مردان سالمندی که به 5 مرکز بهداشتی مناطق مختلف شهر مشهد مراجعه کرده بودند، انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته جمع‌آوری شدند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها هم‌زمان با نمونه‌گیری و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا قراردادی صورت گرفت. از نرم‌افزار MAXQD برای مدیریت داده‌ها استفاده شد.&nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته ها </strong>میانگین سنی سالمندان شرکت‌کننده 70 سال و با تحصیلات ابتدایی (8 نفر)، راهنمایی (3 نفر)، دیپلم (1 نفر ) و بی‌سواد (2 نفر) بود. یافته‌ها در290 کد، 19 زیرطبقه، 9 طبقه و 3 درون‌مایه دسته‌بندی شدند. درون‌مایه اول حاکی از ناتوانی جنسی درک‌شده به‌صورت‌های مختلف بود. درون‌مایه دوم به احساس و تجربه غیرجنسی مردان سالمند شرکت‌کننده اشاره می‌کند . درون‌مایه سوم نیز نوعی از تمایلات به داشتن زندگی جنسی فعال را مطرح ساخت.&nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> نتیجه مصاحبه‌های عمیق با سالمندان مبتلابه نشانگان آندروپوز بیان‌کننده مؤلفه‌هایی است که می‌تواند با مطرح شدن و موردتوجه قرار دادن ‌آن‌ها (شامل ناتوانی جنسی درک‌شده، حس و تجربه زندگی غیرجنسی و تمایل به زندگی جنسی فعال)، مسئولین و پژوهشگران را در تسهیل برنامه‌ریزی‌های مناسب این حوزه یاری دهد. همچنین شناخت حاصل‌شده از وضعیت موجود و نحوه اثرگذاری عوامل مؤثر بر آن، می‌تواند مبنای پژوهش‌های جدید در این حوزه قرار گیرد.&nbsp;</span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>Objectives </strong>Andropause is the common term for menopause in older men, which is characterized by a decrease in testosterone levels. Many elderly men with andropause have difficulty or are embarrassed to talk about sexual topics, which causes a lack of information or wrong beliefs and attitudes towards this issue, especially among families. The existing studies in Iran have not had a deep and special attention on this issue. Therefore, this study aims to qualitatively investigate the factors affecting the quality of sexual life in Iranian elderly men with andropause.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Methods & Materials</strong> This is a qualitative study conducted in 2022 using the content analysis method. Using a purposeful sampling method, 14 elderly men with andropause were selected from among those who visited five health centers in different areas of Mashhad city in Iran. Data were collected using a semi-structured interview. Data analysis was done at the same time as sampling by using the conventional content analysis method. MAXQD software was used for data management.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Results </strong>The mean age of the participants was 70 years. Eight men had primary education, three had middle school education, one had a high school diploma, and two were illiterate. The findings included 290 codes, 19 subcategories, 9 categories, and 3 themes. The themes were perceived sexual impotence, non-sexual feelings and experiences, and the desire to have an active sexual life.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusion </strong>The result of in-depth interviews with the elderly with andropause showed the components that can be addressed by officials and researchers for facilitating appropriate planning in this area.
