fa چالش‌های مراقبتی مراقبین سالمندان مبتلا به بیماری آلزایمر: مرور روایتی سالمند شناسی gerontology مقاله مروری Review paper <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>اهداف </strong>بیماری آلزایمر یک بیماری مزمن پیش‌رونده است که باعث وابستگی کامل بیمار و نیاز به مراقبت شبانه‌روزی می‌گردد و چالش‌هایی را برای مراقبین و خانواده‌ها ایجاد می‌کند که نیاز به بررسی و &nbsp;شناخت &nbsp;دارد. بنابراین &nbsp;مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی چالش‌های مراقبتی مراقبین سالمندان مبتلا به بیماری آلزایمر در سال 1401 انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها</strong> مطالعه مرور روایتی با استفاده از کلید‌واژه‌های فارسی &laquo;مراقب و بیماری آلزایمر&raquo; و کلید‌واژه‌های انگلیسی &laquo;Alzheimer&#39;s disease، Caregiver و Carer&raquo; و جست‌وجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی پایگاه اطلاعات علمی مرکز جهاد دانشگاهی، پرو کوئست، ام‌بیس، پابمد و ایرانداک در بازه زمانی 2017 تا 2022 انجام شد. از 4594 مقاله در‌نهایت 27 مقاله با استفاده از معیار ارزیابی کیفیت گیفورد ارزیابی و تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong> پس از بررسی مقالات، فراوان‌ترین چالش‌های مراقبتی مراقبین سالمندان مبتلا به آلزایمر به‌صورت طبقه چالش‌های فردی؛ شامل زیر‌طبقات روان‌شناختی، کمبود اطلاعات، جسمی، شغلی و بار کاری و طبقه چالش‌های خانوادگی، شامل زیرطبقات اقتصادی، زناشویی، اختلال در روابط اجتماعی و کمبود روابط عاطفی به دست آمد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> مراقبت از سالمندان مبتلا به آلزایمر باعث ایجاد چالش‌های مراقبتی فراوانی برای مراقبین می‌شود، بنابراین در کنار درمان و مراقبت از سالمندان مبتلا به آلزایمر، توجه به چالش‌های مراقبین و برنامه‌ریزی جهت رفع چالش‌ها و توانمندسازی آنان در سیستم‌های بهداشت و درمان ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.</span></span></span></div> <div class="WordSection1" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>Objectives </strong>Alzheimer disease is a progressive chronic disease that causes complete dependence of the patient and the need for round-the-clock care and creates challenges for caregivers and families that need to be investigated and recognized. Therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate the care challenges of caregivers of older people with Alzheimer disease in 2022.<br> <strong>Methods & Materials</strong> A narrative review study was conducted using the Persian keywords &quot;caregiver and Alzheimer disease&quot; and English keywords &quot;Alzheimer disease, caregiver and carer&quot; in PubMed, Embase, ProQuest, SID, and IranDoc from 2017 to 2022. Out of 4594 articles, 27 were evaluated and analyzed using the Gifford quality assessment criteria.<br> <strong>Results</strong> Following a review of the articles, it was determined that the most common caregiving issues faced by older Alzheimer patients were divided into two categories: 1) Individual challenges, which included psychological subcategories, lack of information, physical and occupational, and workload and 2) Family challenges, which included subcategories economic, marital, social relationship disruption and lack of emotional relationships obtained.<br> <strong>Conclusion </strong>Caring for older people with Alzheimer causes many care challenges for their caregivers.
