fa سالمندی موفق: تحلیل مفهوم با رویکرد واکر و اوانت سالمند شناسی gerontology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>اهداف </strong>درپی ظهور پدیده سالمندی در جهان، &laquo;سالمندی موفق&raquo; به‌عنوان مفهومی ناظر بر کیفیت این دوره، اخیراً توجه بسیاری از محققان و سیاستگذاران را به خود جلب کرده است. بااین‌حال به نظر می‌رسد تعریف واحد و واضحی از آن در ادبیات ارائه نشده است. هدف این مطالعه تحلیل مفهوم سالمندی موفق است.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها </strong>این مطالعه با رویکرد 8 مرحله‌ای واکر و اوانت انجام شد. بدین منظور با جست‌و‌جو در پایگاه‌های اسکوپوس، پابمد، وب‌آوساینس، نورمگز، مگیران، پایگاه مرکز اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی و پروکوئست به کمک کلیدواژه‌های سالمندی، سالمندی موفق و مفاهیم مرتبط با آن‌ها طی سال‌های 2000 تا 2022 مقالات دارای معیارهای ورود انتخاب شدند. سپس برای استخراج کاربردها، ویژگی‌ها، پیشایندها و پسایندهای مفهوم سالمندی موفق با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای گرانهایم و لاندمن (2004) تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong> تحلیل محتوایی 83 مقاله منتخب، ویژگی‌های اصلی مفهوم سالمندی موفق را در 7 طبقه آشکار کرد: 1. فرآیندی قابل‌هدایت، 2. چندبعدی و فراگیر، 3. مبتنی بر بافتار اجتماعی فرهنگی، 4. برخورداری از سلامت جسمی روان‌شناختی اجتماعی، 5. عدم وابستگی به دیگران، 6. شادکامی، 7. استمرار و مشارکت فعال در زندگی.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> به کمک ویژگی‌ها، پیشایندها و پسایندهای شناسایی‌شده در این مطالعه تعریف جامعی از سالمندی موفق ارائه شد که می‌تواند به درک بهتر این مفهوم، شناخت ابعاد مختلف آن و درنهایت برنامه‌ریزی برای تحقق آن کمک کند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif""></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><b>Objectives:</b> <span lang="EN">Following the emergence of population aging phenomenon in the world, &ldquo;successful aging&rdquo; as a quality concept has recently attracted the attention of many researchers and policy makers;</span> <span lang="EN">yet it seems that there is no single and clear definition of it presented in the literature. This study aims to analyze the concept of successful aging.</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span><br> <b>Materials & Methods:</b> <span lang="EN">The study was conducted with Walker and Avant&rsquo;s 8-step approach.</span> <span lang="EN">For this purpose, articles meeting the inclusion criteria were selected through searching the SID, Magiran, Noormags, ISI, Pubmed, Scopus and Proquest databases and using the keywords of aging, successful aging and related concepts during the years 2000-2022.
