fa نیازهای ‌روانی‌اجتماعی سالمندان ساکن جامعه : یک مطالعه کیفی سالمند شناسی gerontology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>اهداف</strong> سالمندان دارای نیازهای مختلفی هستند و حمایت‌های متفاوتی نیز دریافت می‌کنند. سالمندان ساکن جامعه اغلب مراقبت‌های سازمان‌یافته‌ای دریافت نمی‌کنند. این مطالعه با هدف شناخت نیازهای ‌روانی‌اجتماعی سالمندان ساکن شهر کرمان در سال 1402 انجام شده است.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها</strong> این مطالعه کیفی و از نوع تحلیل محتوای قراردادی است. با 25 مشارکت‌کننده به‌صورت هدفمند و با حداکثر تنوع مصاحبه شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از معیارهای گوبا و لینکلن انجام شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong> 5 طبقه اصلی و 25 زیر‌طبقه استخراج شد: شمولیت اجتماعی و تعالی سالمندی، زندگی ایمن و آسوده، کاهش مشکلات ساختاری، جامعه آگاه به سالمند و توجه به مشکلات مضاعف سالمندی طبقات اصلی است.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> سالمندان ساکن جامعه نیازهای روانی‌اجتماعی دارند که به آن‌ها کمتر پاسخ داده شده است. توجه به این نیازها زمینه را برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی و کاهش پیامدهای روانی و اجتماعی برای آنان فراهم می‌کند.<br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objectives </strong>Older adults have different needs and receive different supports. Community-dwelling older adults in Iran often do not receive organized psycho-social support. This study aimed to investigate the psycho-social needs of community-dwelling older adults in Kerman, southeast of Iran.<br> <strong>Methods & Materials</strong> This is a qualitative study conducted in 2023 using the conventional content analysis method. Twenty-five people (16 community-dwelling older adults and 9 experts) in Kerman were interviewed, who were selected purposefully with maximum variation. Data analysis was done using the conventional content analysis method. To assess the trustworthiness of the data, Guba and Lincoln&rsquo;s four criteria were used.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Results </strong>Data analysis led to the extraction of five main themes and 25 sub-themes. The main themes were social inclusion and aging excellence, safe and peaceful life, reduced structural problems, age-conscious society, and attention to the double problems of aging.<br> <strong>Conclusion </strong>Community-dwelling older adults in Kerman have psychosocial needs that have not been adequately addressed.
