fa کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی در مدیریت سلامت سالمندان: یک رویکرد فراترکیب سالمند شناسی gerontology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>اهداف</strong> با گسترش روزافزون جمعیت سالمندان و افزایش نیازهای پیچیده سلامتی این گروه، چالش‌های جدیدی در مدیریت بهینه سلامت مطرح شده است. بنابراین به راهکارهای نوین و پیشرفته در مدیریت سلامت این گروه اجتماعی نیاز است. هوش مصنوعی به‌عنوان یک فناوری نوآور و کارآمد، می‌تواند نقش بسیار مؤثری در پیشگیری، تشخیص زودهنگام و بهبود کیفیت زندگی سالمندان ایفا کند. با‌توجه‌به محدودیت پژوهش‌های موجود در این حوزه، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی در مدیریت سلامت سالمندان انجام شده است.&nbsp;<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها</strong> پژوهش حاضر با هدف توسعه‌ای‌کاربردی و با روش کیفی و با بررسی اسنادی انجام شده است. با روش فراترکیب و مرور ادبیات و پیشینه موجود در این حوزه از‌طریق پایگاه‌های پژوهشی داخلی و خارجی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA نسخه 2020 کدگذاری متون انجام شد و ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های چارچوب مذکور شناسایی و طراحی شد.&nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong> با‌توجه‌به یافته‌های حاصل از بررسی 25 پژوهش نهایی، 122 کد اولیه در 42 کد گزینشی و 21 مفهوم در 8 مقوله شناسایی شد: پیش‌بینی و پیشگیری از بیماری‌ها، مدیریت بیماری‌های مزمن، ساماندهی و ترتیب‌بندی داروها، نظارت خانگی هوشمند، ارتباط با پزشکان به‌صورت مجازی، سیستم‌های کمکی در خودرو، مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و پشتیبانی روانی.&nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که برای مدیریت سلامت سالمندان باید از فناوری هوش مصنوعی به‌صورت بهینه استفاده شود و برای بهبود شرایط و مدیریت سلامت سالمندان باید کاربردهای ممکن از‌طریق این ابزار را که به‌صورت روزافزون در حال رشد است مورد توجه قرار داد و از‌طریق پیاده‌سازی راهبردهای مناسب و کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی، به این مهم دست یافت. در‌نهایت پیشنهاداتی کاربردی در این زمینه ارائه شده است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>Objectives</strong> With the growth in the aged population and the increase in the health needs of older people, new challenges have been raised for the health care systems. Therefore, advanced methods for management of the health needs of older adults is needed. Artificial intelligence (AI) can play an effective role in this field. The present study aims to investigate the different applications of AI in geriatric care management.<br> <strong>Methods & Materials</strong> The is a qualitative review study using the meta-synthesis approach. The related articles were searched in national and international databases. The identified data were coded and analyzed in MAXQDA software, version 2020.<br> <strong>Results</strong> A total of 25 articles were selected for the review. From 122 initial codes, 8 main themes, 21 sub-themes or concepts, and 42 indicators were extracted. The main themes included prediction and prevention of diseases, management of chronic diseases, organization and sorting of medications, smart home monitoring, online communication with doctors, car assistance systems, health service management, and psychological support.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong> The AI technology can be used to manage the health needs of older adults.
