background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;"> مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش روش شناختی است که در 3 مرحله انجام گرفت. در مرحله اول محققین با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی به تبیین مفهوم سوء رفتار با سالمندان در خانواده پرداختند. در مرحله دوم، عبارات پرسشنامه، بر اساس مصاحبه های بدون ساختار با قربانیان سالمندآزاری و استقراء از گروه متخصصین، تدوین گردید. سپس در مرحله سوم، ویژگی های روانسنجی پرسشنامه با بهره گیری از روانی صوری، روایی محتوا، روایی سازه، همسانی درونی و ثبات، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در مرحله اخیر، 325 سالمند تهرانی به صورت تصادفی از بیمارستان ها و کانون های جهاندیدگان منتخب شهر تهران، انتخاب شده، در مطالعه شرکت کردند.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بر اساس نتایج حاصل از مرحله اول و دوم مطالعه، پرسشنامه اولیه شامل 78 عبارت ارایه شد. پس از تعیین روایی صوری و محتوا به صورت کمی و کیفی، عبارات پرسشنامه به 49 عبارت کاهش یافت. نتیجه تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی در این پرسشنامه، بیانگر وجود 8 عامل بود: غفلت مراقبتی، سوء رفتار روان شناختی، سوء رفتار جسمی، سوء رفتار مالی، سلب اختیار، طردشدگی، غفلت مالی و غفلت عاطفی. این 8 عامل در مجموع&nbsp;</span><span dir="ltr" style="margin: 0px; با 49 عبارت، و وجود ویژگی هایی نظیر طراحی ابزار، بر اساس درک مفهوم سوء رفتار از دیدگاه سالمند ایرانی و مبتنی بر تجربیات زیسته آنان، تبیین کلیه اشکال سوء رفتار با سالمند در خانواده، نمره گذاری ساده، پایایی و روایی مناسب و قابلیت به کارگیری در موقعیت های مختلف، از سوی ارایه دهندگان خدمات بهداشتی، از جمله پرستاران، ابزاری مناسب جهت بررسی سوء رفتار با سالمند در خانواده های ایرانی است.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objectives:</strong> The purpose of this methodological study was to design and determine the psychometric properties of a new and specific questionnaire for assessing domestic elder abuse in the context of Iranian culture.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Methods & Materials:</strong> This study was conducted in three phases. In the first phase, phenomenology was applied to explore the meaning of domestic elder abuse phenomenon. In the second phase, a questionnaire was compiled, using the results of the qualitative research implemented in the first phase, in conjunction with the inductions from the expert panel. In the third phase, the psychometric properties including face validity, content validity, construct validity, internal consistency, and test- retest reliability were measured. 325 elderly people who were selected randomly participated in the last stage.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results:</strong> The initial 78 item questionnaire designed using the results of first and second phases of study, reduced to 49 items in the process of determining the face and content validity. The result of exploratory factor analysis showed that this questionnaire contains 8 factors including care neglect, psychological abuse, physical abuse, financial abuse, curtailment of personal autonomy, abandonment, financial neglect and emotional neglect. These 8 factors explained nearly 79.93% of the variance. The results of known groups&#39; comparisons showed that this questionnaire could successfully discriminate between subgroups of elderly people in the indexes of re-hospitalization and functional status. The internal consistency (Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha) was 0.90&ndash;0.975.
