fa تبیین چالش های سالمندان در دریافت خدمات از مراکز بهداشتی تحت پوشش دانشکده علوم پزشکی مراغه : مطالعه کیفی سالمند شناسی gerontology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">زمینه و هدف:</span></b><span lang="FA"> سالمندان به دلیل تغییرات فیزیولوژیکی، بیماری‌های مزمن و وابستگی بیشتر به مراقبت‌های بهداشتی، نیازمند خدماتی جامع، در دسترس و باکیفیت هستند. با این حال، چالش‌های باعث شده‌اند که ارائه خدمات مناسب به این گروه با محدودیت‌هایی روبه‌رو شود. هدف این مطالعه، شناسایی و تحلیل چالش‌های موجود در ارائه خدمات به سالمندان در مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی است </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش کار:</span></b><span lang="FA"> مطالعه کیفی حاضر به شیوه پدیدار شناختی در سال 1403 در مراکز بهداشتی وابسته به دانشکده علوم پزشکی مراغه انجام شد، داده های مطالعه از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته&nbsp; با 35 نفر از افراد کلیدی که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند، جمع آوری شد و شامل سالمندان، مراقبین سلامت، افراد کلیدی و مطلع در این حوزه بودند. داده های جمع آوری شده به روش تحلیل محتوای قراردادی و بانرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR">MAXQDA₁₀ </span><span lang="FA">&nbsp;تحلیل شدند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها</span></b><span lang="FA">: نتایج حاصل از مطالعه در چهار مضمون اصلی و 11 مضمون فرعی طبقه بندی شدند که شامل:</span><b> </b><span lang="FA">چالش‌های مرتبط با سیاستگذاری در حوزه سلامت و سالمندی(</span><span lang="FA">ضعف تصمیم گیری در نظام سلامت</span> -<span lang="FA"> موانع رفتاری و تفکری</span> )،<span lang="FA">چالش‌های ساختاری و اداری در مراقبت از سالمندان(موانع بودجه ای مالی- موانع فن آوری- موانع زیرساختی و تسهیلاتی- دارو و تجهیزات- ارائه خدمات)،چالش‌های منابع انسانی در ارائه خدمات به سالمندان(تخصیص و توانمندسازی منابع انسانی- ویژگی های کارکنان)،موانع محیطی در ارائه خدمات به سالمندان(عوامل اجتماعی- عوامل فردی) میباشد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه گیری:</span></b> <span lang="FA">تمرکز بر سالمندی سالم و عدالت در دسترسی به خدمات بهداشتی، ضرورتی انکارناپذیر در نظام سلامت است، از این رو پیشنهاد میشود، سیاستگذاران &nbsp;با تقویت تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر شواهد، بهبود زیرساخت‌های مراکز بهداشتی، ارتقای مهارت‌های کارکنان و ایجاد رویکردهای جامع برای برطرف‌کردن موانع محیطی، گامی مؤثر در بهبود خدمات به این قشر آسیب‌پذیر بردارند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Background and Objective:</b> Elderly individuals, due to physiological changes, chronic diseases, and greater dependence on healthcare services, require comprehensive, accessible, and high-quality services. However, various challenges have created limitations in providing appropriate services to this group. This study aimed to identify and analyze the challenges in delivering services to the elderly in healthcare centers.&nbsp; </span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Methods: </b>This qualitative phenomenological study was conducted in 2024 at healthcare centers affiliated with Maragheh University of Medical Sciences. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 35 key informants, selected via purposive sampling. The participants included elderly individuals, health caregivers, and key stakeholders in this field.
